Additional Features On Lunarpages Hosting Plans

What happen if you find out that the hosting plan does not have the scripts or features you wanted so much? Basically you have 2 choices, 1) You navigate to other hosting providers or 2) Talk to the hosting support and request an add on.

While in this case Lunarpages does give flexibility to their subscribers. Lunarpages allows addition of certain specific features onto your plan upon request. Most of the additional features are very specific that not all subscribers will need them, that is why Lunarpages does not include them in their plan.

For both Basic and Business Hosting Plan, the features that you can add on are:-

  • ASP Enabled Account
  • Dedicated IP
  • Java/JSP Enabled Account
  • Premium Restore Service
  • Shell Access
  • Apache 1.3 or 2
  • Dedicated SSL Certificates

While for Windows Hosting Plan, the additional features are:-

  • Dedicated IP
  • Premium Restore Service
  • Dedicated SSL Certificates

For Reseller Hosting Plan, the additional features are:-

  • ASP Enabled Account
  • Dedicated IP
  • Java/JSP Enabled Account
  • Dedicated SSL Certificates

If you still could not find the features that you wanted, you can make a manual request directly to Lunarpages Support at support@lunarpages.com. I am sure they can sort things out for you. By the way, the add on does come with cost. The charges will be based on monthly charges. However I think the charge is fair after all they have given you tons of conveniences.
